MicroCal Loop can measure and generate signals between 0 and 24 mA on passive loops (powered directly by the calibrator) and active loops and can measure voltage signals between 0 and 30 Vdc. The instrument can verify also the continuity of the electric circuits and to include a 250 ohm HART loop resistance.

This instrument, whose dimensions are extremely compact and is supplied with a useful clip to be hung to the user's belt, is a necessary aid for the everyday instrumental control, such as:

An innovative 128x128 pixel display with high OLED (Organic Light Emission Diode) technology allows the user to select some useful production functions, such as automatic Step and Ramp or specific signals for the control of the Electro-Pneumatic positioner of the industrial valves.

Microcal Loop works both with alkaline batteries and with Li-ION rechargeable batteries: these batteries are recharged by USB port, also used to connect the instrument to the PC for the download of datalogging files.

This instrument, equipped with a ABS case and a further rubber integrated shell, is extremely rugged and light (weight < 200 grams). A IR port to connect to an external thermal printer is available.
